Monthly Goal Setting. (Includes Body Fat % Testing, Body Mass Index Testing, Girth Measurement & Fitness Assessments).

Training Ratio is 1 on 1 with Member to Trainer.

Flexible Hours Monday-Thursday 5-11am & 4-8pm. Friday & Saturday 5am-12noon Appointment. Only. (Sessions Are scheduled at the top of Every Hour).

 SEMI PERSONAL TRAINING

Flexible Hours Monday-Thursday 5-11am & 4-8pm. Friday & Saturday 5am-12noon. Appointment Only. (Sessions Are scheduled at the top of Every Hour).

TEAM TRAINING

High Energy, Great Music (Live DJ Every other Saturday) & Lots of Motivation. (Our Primary Focus Is Core Training with a Secondary Focus on Toning & Sculpting.

Training Ratio Is 20-1 With Members To Trainer.

Class Days & Times Are Mon & Wed @ 7-8pm, Saturday’s @ 10-11am.
